You can see that this promise is not only about Spiritual Healing in the sense of something non-physical. It is talking about Physical Healing and Health to ALL YOUR FLESH – if you are the one who will fulfil the conditions written here.
I am not saying that this will be easy or automatic. God MAY at times heal people it what seems to be an easy way (for them). God is Sovereign and He is allowed to do anything. Sometimes he heals total unbelievers who have no interest in following Him or doing what is right. He is allowed to do that. But he never promised to do that for everyone. What IS promised is that there is a way of salvation for the physical body which can be applied with diligence by sincere seekers of the truth with definite results. Obviously, you have to give priority and attention to that way as can be seen from the conditions above. But realistically, what is the alternative? Giving priority and attention to thinking about your pain, your infirmities? Hoping in the uncertain and often very expensive treatments of medical science – which cannot always deliver us – though we can thank God when they do. Really, the greatest benefit of meditating on divine healing Scriptures is what it will do in our own SOUL. The soul is restored, the spirit is refreshed, and the Body receives the precious healing power of God.
